The most important thing for us is the desire to create an open, professional, communicative, responsible and business culture of relationships, where people can firmly rely on understanding and openly share their problems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Code of Corporate Culture of \u201cDEUTSCH PHARM\u201d LLC applies not only to relations within the Company, but also to relations with all business partners, counterparties, public and political organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Code is an internal (local) document that is mandatory for all managers, officials and employees of the Company<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A scheme for providing the population and medical institutions with pharmacy-made medicines&nbsp; has been created and successfully is operating in the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDEUTSCH PHARM\u201d LLC strives to be the most rational, professional, profitable and reliable partner for our shareholders and consumers, and the best employer for our employees. We do the best for all customers and employees and expect them to appreciate and respect \u201cDEUTSCH PHARM\u201d LLC for its honesty, openness and high professionalism of its employees. The success of the Company depends on each of us. Only together we are a team \u2015&nbsp; a team of like-minded people and professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our reputation and, accordingly, the future of the Company, its development entirely depends on each of us, on our personal responsibility for our activities in it. Only together will we be able to show that \u201cDEUTSCH PHARM\u201d LLC is a company that lives in accordance with strict principles, universal values and high standards of corporate governance, and then our Company will be judged not only by high financial indicators and development prospects.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Section 1. General Provisions<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose and scope of application.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Code of Corporate culture of \u201cDEUTSCH PHARM\u201d LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Code) establishes the principles of corporate behavior that should be implemented in everyday activities of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The Code will contribute to the company&#8217;s development and help it to achieve its goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Code defines the culture of behavior in the Company. The provisions of this Code are obligatory for all employees of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate culture is a set of dominant valuable ideas and behavior examples&nbsp; that determine the content and model of activities for employees, in spite of their official position and functional responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Code sets out the key elements of corporate culture \u2013 mission, vision, business principles, business vision rules, ethical standards and values of the Company&#8217;s employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1. Complying with high ethical principles and maintaining the Company&#8217;s reputation is one of the main tasks of all employees. Any violations of the rules and regulations of business ethics can lead to a loss of trust in the Company from business partners, customers and government agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees of the Company always act in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, firmly knowing and understanding the legislative acts which&nbsp; regulate their professional activities. In controversial or difficult situations, in order to avoid actions that may lead to a violation of the law or this Code, you should contact the Head of the Company&#8217;s structural division or legal service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the Company, not only the results are important, but also how they were obtained. Employees adhere to the ethical principles set out in this \u0421ode and in the Code of Corporate Ethics, even if their actions may result in financial losses for the Company. High results, which require a violation of ethical principles, undermine the Company&#8217;s reputation and cause significant financial damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees of the Company do not make responsible decisions if they understand that their level of professional competence is insufficient. Any recommendations and suggestions are developed only after a thorough analysis of the problem&nbsp; and all available information on this issue from the relevant departments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you find yourself in a difficult situation that is not provided for by the current regulations and is not described in the Code, the employee should ask the following questions, and then consult with colleagues, the Head of the Department or Division:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am I doing the right thing?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Will my colleagues judge me?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will my action not cause dissatisfaction of the manager, and for the top manager of shareholders?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Will my actions contribute to strengthening the reputation of \u201cDEUTSCH PHARM\u201d LLC as a Company with high ethical principles?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do my actions meet the Company&#8217;s high standards of business ethics?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Effective use and compliance with ethical standards is a top priority for all employees of the Company and is mandatory for everyone without exception.
